Z d\u016fvodu nevyl\u00e9\u010diteln\u00e9 choroby v\u0161ak neboh\u00fd Franzin zanechal podnik bez d\u011bdic\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>S c\u00edlem nav\u00e1zat na jeho pr\u00e1ci, p\u0159evzal \u00faplnou technickou kontrolu nad podnikem tehdy 30let\u00fd Ermanno Novarino, podle jeho vlastn\u00edch slov \u201ebl\u00e1zen do stroj\u016f\u201c, vyrostl\u00fd na chlebu a obr\u00e1b\u011bc\u00edch stroj\u00edch. D\u00edky jeho p\u0159ekypuj\u00edc\u00ed mysli se podnik st\u00e1v\u00e1 \u0161pi\u010dkou ve v\u00fdrob\u011b vst\u0159ikovac\u00edch trysek do naftov\u00fdch motor\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1sledovalo temn\u00e9 obdob\u00ed pro pr\u016fmysl obecn\u011b a hork\u00fd podzim roku 1968. Situace v podnic\u00edch se zhor\u0161ovala, prob\u00edhaly divok\u00e9 st\u00e1vky, jak bylo v t\u00e9 dob\u011b obvykl\u00e9, a mnoh\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti, prom\u00edtaj\u00edc\u00ed se do pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 v\u00fdroby. To p\u0159inutilo pana Ermanna a jeho spole\u010dn\u00edka Modicu, aby podnik p\u0159est\u011bhovali do jin\u00e9 oblasti. <\/p>\n<p>A tak se v srpnu 1971, po p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b dvoulet\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci, otev\u00edr\u00e1 prvn\u00ed hala <strong>FIRAD<\/strong> (akronym \u201c<strong>Fabbrica Italiana Ricambi Apparati Diesel<\/strong>\u201d \u2013 italsk\u00e1 tov\u00e1rna na v\u00fdrobu n\u00e1hradn\u00edch d\u00edl\u016f do naftov\u00fdch motor\u016f) v obci Bagnolo Piemonte s 4700 obyvateli v okrese Cuneo. V lokalit\u011b doporu\u010den\u00e9 tehdej\u0161\u00edm spole\u010dn\u00edkem Modicou, p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00edm zde b\u011bhem sv\u00e9 vojensk\u00e9 minulosti.<\/p>\n<p>Rok od roku <strong>FIRAD<\/strong> roste, p\u0159ib\u00fdvaj\u00ed nov\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky v oboru n\u00e1hradn\u00edch d\u00edl\u016f pro dieselov\u00e9 motory, rok od roku se v\u00fdvoj posouv\u00e1 od nep\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed lehk\u00fdch motor\u016f k p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9mu vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed motor\u016f pro pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed a t\u011b\u017ekou dopravu; od prvn\u00edch komponent vst\u0159ikova\u010d\u016f, vznikl\u00fdch d\u00edky spolupr\u00e1ci s v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdm st\u0159ediskem FIAT, po prvn\u00ed testy vst\u0159ikovac\u00ed trysky syst\u00e9mu common rail, vynalezen\u00e9ho Ing.  Riccem, stoj\u00edc\u00edm v \u010dele v\u00fdzkumu a v\u00fdvoje, a\u017e do dne\u0161n\u00ed doby s technologiemi piezoelektrick\u00e9ho vst\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed a v\u00fdrobou nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch komponent pro sv\u011bt naftov\u00fdch pohon\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Ruku v ruce s t\u00edm rozv\u00edj\u00ed firma tak\u00e9 sv\u00e9 technologie a investuje do nov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobn\u00edch proces\u016f, z v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti poch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edch ze sousedn\u00edho \u0160v\u00fdcarska, historicky proslul\u00e9ho vysoce p\u0159esnou v\u00fdrobou.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159esto\u017ee se Ermanno rozhodl zm\u011bnit n\u00e1zev podniku, nikdy nezm\u011bnil inici\u00e1ly v\u00fdrobku FD, vyra\u017een\u00e9 na v\u0161ech v\u00fdrobc\u00edch. A\u017e do posledn\u00edch dn\u00ed sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota, zavr\u0161en\u00e9ho v roce 2015 ve v\u011bku 81 let, tr\u00e1vil v\u011bt\u0161inu \u010dasu v podniku, kde ne\u00fanavn\u011b pracoval na trval\u00e9m r\u016fstu sv\u00e9ho d\u00edla.<\/p>\n<p>Dnes p\u016fsob\u00ed FIRAD ve v\u00edce ne\u017e 70 zem\u00edch sv\u011bta, \u010dist\u011b prodejn\u00ed pobo\u010dku m\u00e1 v Braz\u00edlii, a ro\u010dn\u011b vyrob\u00ed p\u0159es 600.000 vst\u0159ikovac\u00edch trysek, z nich\u017e \u010d\u00e1st je ur\u010dena na origin\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdbavu a zbytek na n\u00e1hradn\u00ed d\u00edly.<\/p>\n<p>V sou\u010dasnosti podnik s\u00eddl\u00ed ve \u010dty\u0159ech hal\u00e1ch na plo\u0161e 6500 m2, z \u010deho\u017e 4500 m2 je kryt\u00fdch, rozd\u011blen\u00fdch na v\u00fdrobu, z\u00f3nu kontroly kvality, z\u00f3nu v\u00fdzkumu a v\u00fdvoje a administrativn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st.<\/p>\n<p>S person\u00e1lem, \u010d\u00edtaj\u00edc\u00edm 75 mlad\u00fdch talent\u016f a zku\u0161en\u00fdch odborn\u00edk\u016f, se sna\u017e\u00ed udr\u017eet krok s tempem, nasazen\u00fdm jeho zakladatelem.
